Returns & Exchanges:
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, with all tags, dust bag, and original packaging intact along with the invoice.
To initiate a return, email us at support@pyramidbags.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and product photos. Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days after approval.
Refunds:
- Prepaid orders: Refund credited to original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Damaged or Wrong Product: Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video for priority replacement.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Post-dispatch cancellations are not accepted but the product can be returned as per the return policy above.
