1. Shipping Policy
A. Shipping Timelines
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed.
- Delivery Duration: * Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days.
- Metro Cities (Rest of India): 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
- Please note: Deliveries may be slightly delayed during public holidays or extreme weather conditions.
B. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal convenience fee of ₹99 may apply.
C. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking ID and the link to our courier partner’s portal.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Pyramid Bag. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
A. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition.
- Have all tags, dust bags, and protective packaging intact.
- Include the original invoice/bill.
B. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during “Final Sale” or clearance events.
- Personalized or customized bags (if applicable).
- Products that show signs of wear or damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
C. The Return Process
- Request: Email us at support@pyramidbags.com or WhatsApp us at [+91 8980231865] with your Order ID and photos of the product.
- Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 2–3 business days.
- Inspection: Once the bag reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check. This process takes 48 hours.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved after inspection:
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card/Wallet) within 7–10 business days.
- COD Orders: You will receive a secure link to provide your bank details, or we can issue the refund as a Pyramid Bags Store Credit/Gift Card for your next purchase.
- Note: Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged Or Wrong Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a free replacement for you immediately. We recommend filming an “unboxing video” for faster claim processing.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per our Return Policy mentioned above.
